Thomas Lynne Properties is an independent real estate brokerage firm doing business in Central Florida. We understand that EVERY AGENT IS DIFFERENT and that is what separates us from other brokerages. “Our primary goal is to help agents increase their productivity”, says CEO Patrick Hancock. “Typically, an agent’s prospecting activity will decrease when business increases. We have systems in place that help agents remain consistent with their marketing year round”.

A key part of the Thomas Lynne business model is supporting our agents as they build their business into "a career in real estate" verse just "a job in real estate". Our focus serves to empower and equip our agents for success. When we hire an agent, we put forth every effort to retain that agent.
OUR HIRING PHILOSOPHY
Since we do not accept the typical blueprint of presenting agents with tools and services then sending them off on their own to either "sink or swim", the type of agent that becomes a part of our team is one that is highly motivated, professional, and has a desire to build a successful business. Agents that simply want to “hang their license” somewhere would not benefit from what Thomas Lynne Properties has to offer. When we ask our agents how important is it to work with other great agents, everyone one of them said that it was.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
We choose not to discuss details regarding our business model on the phone or in an email since anyone can create or recite a script and make it sound good. All of our interviews are done in person at a location of your choice and are always completely confidential. During the meeting, we will explain why our model has a track record of success and will provide the data to back it up.
